First you need to go to the site https://www.cyta.com.cy/check-fiber-availability-existing-customer/en. This is the query site for availability of the fiber network. Fill in the Cyta number of your fixed line or your related service number (Broadband Access number), which can be found on your latest bill, on page 2. There’s also a code to input.
This takes you to the page that will tell you whether the fiber network is available and if not what the current offer is. You may have a free upgrade, or a possible 10% discount. They also suggest contacting them for an alternative way to meet your high internet speed needs.
