After considerable delays the 2019 tax returns for individuals are now available online at the Tax Department’s website, with a deadline for submission of 30th October 2020.

Once registered the Declaration of Income form can be accessed at: https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy/login.jsp.
Thee are many changes from previous years. Some fields are already filled from data already held by the department. It is necessary to check these and to amend details if necessary.
There is a whole new section regarding GHS (Gesy) contributions. Pensioners who have the form from the Cyprus Ministry of Health confirming their S1 status should fill in the details from that form here.
Anyone with income from local banks or dividends from local companies now needs to enter the TIN for that entity.
