A festival organised by the Ladies’ Association of Rural Larnaka is held in a different village of the Larnaka region every year. In 2019, celebrating the 16th Festival of Traditional Culture, in collaboration with the Community Council, it is the turn of Layeia village.
Carob is the theme of this year’s festival. Apart from tasting and seeing how carob products are made, chef Christos Christodoulou will present creative recipes using carob and other local products.
The festival will take place on Tuesday October 1st, Cyprus Independence Day and a national holiday, from 3pm-9pm
