Thursday 15th August is the feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and an important holiday in Cyprus.
On Thursday banks will be closed. Maria’s supermarket in Maroni, along with many other shops and businesses will also remain closed on for the day.
The Maroni Village Office will be closed for the summer holidays from Monday 12th August and will reopen on Monday 19th August
